☞ THE COFFEE LOVERS CAFE: the sweetest, most aesthetically pleasing cafe, run by Lucy and her husband. this place is the epitome of health & happiness. it’s adorned with homemade items for purchase that the pair source from their travels to and from morocco – one can only imagine what their home looks like. their menu is inspired by moroccan and french dishes – i had a beetroot and honey pancake, and the combination blew my mind. i source my incense and fresh matcha powder from there whenever i need a top up. i could go on and on, and on but you will have to check it out for yourself. facebook.com/coffeeloversfl
☞ BONNINGTON SQUARE: harleyford road community garden is tucked away in the heart of Vauxhall. it’s an instant boost of serotonin being immersed in the luscious greenery – the air actually smells fresher there.
☞ ROSE WATER: i have stripped back my skincare routine to the bare minimum. after years of trial and error, serums and masks, lotions and toners and failed hopes and dreams, i now only wash, tone and moisturise. i tone with this rose water from the whole foods section in Sainsbury’s that costs around a measly one quid. i pour a tiny bit in my palm and pat my face with it, let it air dry and then apply moisturiser (pads are really a waste for something as simple as rose-infused water). sainsburys.co.uk
☞ TWO TEMPLE PLACE: clearly i love a location based recommendation but this part mansion, part gallery space is an incredible hidden gem in london, owned and crafted by the 2nd richest man in the world in 1980. located near the strand – 1 minute away from Temple tube station – it is a gorgeous place to spend the day. the current exhibition, 'body, vessel, clay' runs until the 24th of April spanning 70 years of ceramics, starting with the mesmerising Nigerian potter Ladi Kwali. free of charge might i add. twotempleplace.org

♪ LISTENING TO: papa bear and his cubs - sweetest thing. this song made my heart feel like a marshmallow, and what makes it even more special (apart from the fact that this band was literally a father and his children) is that they only ever recorded two songs.
☠︎ HATES: rushing!
See you Wednesday, when our next guest will be revealing their secrets. ☞
